These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by KWEI LOGISTICS LLC, a logistics and transportation services company registered at 9313 S New Heritage Dr, West Jordan, Utah 84088, United States. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2 · What This Site Is

This site is an informational brochure and contact channel for a logistics and transportation services business. Service descriptions on the site are illustrations of scope, not offers to perform. Availability, capacity, pricing, and scheduling are established only through direct written quotation and a confirmed booking. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, and submitting a freight quote creates no contract.

3 · Service Engagements

Actual services are governed by the specific commercial documents issued for each engagement — quotations, booking confirmations, manifests, service agreements, and any separate written arrangements. Where those documents conflict with anything stated on this site, the engagement documents control. Performance standards, liability allocation, and insurance coverage are defined in those documents, not on this website.

4 · Regulated and Sensitive Services

Several yard lines involve regulated or sensitive work: LNG and pipeline terminal facilities, nonemergency medical transportation arrangements, and stockyard operations. Such services are quoted and performed only under documented procedures and applicable permits or registrations, and only for clients who meet the requirements stated in the engagement documents. Pooling arrangements (car pools, vanpools) are arrangement services — KWEI LOGISTICS LLC does not provide ridesharing platforms or transport passengers under this website's scope.

5 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful services.
• Misrepresent your identity, licensing, or business credentials.
• Book services you do not intend to honor.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or republish site content systematically without written consent.

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google LLC). Your use of the site is also subject to the technical operations of that platform. We are not responsible for third-party services, and references to them do not constitute endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Disputes arising from or relating to these terms or use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
